Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Emroline believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the specified timeframes.
2. AI Audit Services
Refund Policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order AND before the audit report has been generated.
Important: Once the audit report has been generated, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the 7-day window. The audit generation process begins immediately upon payment confirmation, so refund requests must be submitted promptly.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
3. Consultation Services
Refund Policy:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation
- 50% refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours before the scheduled consultation
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation
- No refund after the consultation has been completed
4. Implementation Services
Refund Policy: Implementation services are custom projects with fixed-price contracts. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage:
- Before Project Kickoff: Full refund minus any administrative fees (up to 10%)
- After Kickoff but Before 25% Completion: 75% refund
- Between 25-50% Completion: 50% refund
- After 50% Completion: No refund available
Project completion percentage is determined by milestones defined in the project contract.
5. Reporting Issues
In case of receipt of damaged or defective services, or if you feel that the service received is not as described or as per your expectations, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the service. The request will be entertained once we have checked and determined the issue at our end.
The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding services that come with a warranty from third-party providers, please refer the issue to them directly.
6. Cancellation Process
To cancel a service and request a refund:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your order/payment reference number
- Provide a brief reason for cancellation
- Wait for confirmation from our team (within 48 hours)
7. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved by Emroline:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- AI Audit Services where the audit report has been generated (regardless of 7-day window)
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered
- Custom development work that has exceeded 50% completion
- Any third-party fees or charges incurred during service delivery
- Services cancelled due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by contacting us at [email protected]. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
10. Chargebacks
We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your account and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
11. Special Circumstances
In cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have been charged incorrectly.

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Refund requests will be processed according to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
